Shadows And Silhouettes
Shadows and silhouettes
turns and pirouettes
time lives between the raindrops
life travels with no stops
silowets come out at night
shadows appear in bright light
stop and smell the coffee
take a pause and breathe
release and be free

I hope I have understood the poem correctly when I say enjoy each moment for what it is and what you are able feel in that moment.
Yes, it is a mindfulness-type poem! Life goes on so we need to enjoy every moment with gratitude. Thank you for the interpretation. You interpreted the way I wrote it but of course the reader can always do their own interpretation.
