Shadow Glass Poem by Tamara Turner

Shadow Glass

Shadow glass take me fast.
Hold my hand on your command.
Push away all odds so I'll know when I look at you I'll understand.
Whisper something in my ear that I've been longing to hear.
In that moment you will wipe away the tears in my eyes which will calm my fears.
I am your woman you are my man.
Shadow glass please just one more last dance
Please do not close the door to this rekindled romance.
Remember when you held me in your warm embrace?
Lets go back to that day when we first met I'm already starting to forget your face.
This can't be the end of our love story I haven't quite finished the chapter.
But at the end of the road none of that really matters
