Comforting her with his soul that lightens every dark day, Shades of grey blending in his world that never frays, Just his inner truth of relishing life's fruit's........so touching with lofty theme. This is really a beautiful poem so nicely executed. Thanks for sharing.

What a character you have created here in this poem. The He in this poem is quite a mild and calm character. Reminds me of Siddharta when you wrote He hold's hands with the world without any conflict or controversy,

I look into a mirror and fail to see him... The man elevated in stature of life here is one whom we men chase and the world of the duo projected here has to emerge sooner or later Hazel. A wonderful poem that deserves a 10 out of 10 from my side too.

There is certainly is truth that the paler shades get lost in the brashness of life. I don't know why but I feel great sadness underlies the loveliness of this poem and I feel forlorn or maybe its just the greyness of the day. Another beautiful and poignant write. 10/10 BB : O)
