Shades Of Gray Comments

I definitely relate to this meditation, Smoky. Ultimately, I remind myself, it’s our reputation with God that matters; when it comes to that, I want to hear “well done.” The fame thing, I wonder if it’s mainly an extension of the need we all have to be recognized. -Glen

We all waste too much time talking to those who care not for what we say; to speak with someone who truly listens pause a moment, and simply pray.

Let's see. What are my favorite lines? The divide is narrow between a want and a need. It's always hard to say the color of the soul when wrapped in so many shades of gray. In every yesterday, today and tomorrow, the fleeting laughter moves on turning our own fragile joy into such precarious sorrow. What if tomorrow never comes? What then shall by heaven and earth be done?

Oh. My. Word. This is stunning. You've taken off your cowboy hat with a vengeance! The lines glide, the rhymes are smooth as glass and never interfere with the message, and the message is untamed and running free and I can not find a fault in it anywhere! ! !
