Serial Killer Poem by Arthur Vaso

Serial Killer

Finally caught
in broad Daylight
he recorded his atrocities
laughing at the world
as child after child
cut to pieces or starved
he was a nutter for sure
a yahoo, crazy, whackadoo
he walked in the upper echelons
of his corrupted society
being praised
did they not see his hands so red?
bloody after so many he tortured
dead dead dead

No matter the cops finally arrested him
in the interrogation room
they asked him the first standard question
for the record, what is your name, date of birth?
he replied, 'I am Israel, born 1948'
