Self Preservation

Oh my friend
Treat thyself with awe
Because you are sacred
Create the invisible line to preserve thyself
This can't be selfishness but self preservation
Extend thy hands to the needy man
But darling preserve thyself
Create the boundaries -set the rules
Often times the helped abuses the helper
Treat all with kindness
But neglect not thyself!
