Seek refuge with your Lord
Against your evil tempting nafs
That whispers in your heart
Makes evil fair seeming
And shows evil in good shape
Makes goodness evil-seeming
Presents a false image of it to you
Under its spell you do and follow evil
So break the chains of nafs
Slaves to nafs get free
To escape from the incarceration of nafs
To get rid of tyranny of nafs
And find for yourselves the road...
To kingdom of heaven
To the treasures of pearls of wisdom,
And the preserved scrolls of knowledge within,
Erase your writings of illusion and delusion
Acquire knowledge and wisdom
But walk in humility,
Fulfill the Ancient covenant to your Lord
To find your fulfillment in Him
Remember the covenant,
That you'll not be slaves
To the Satan - your avowed foe
Recite this verse of Ya-Seen¹:
'Did I not enjoin on you, O you children of Adam...
...that you should not worship Satan...
...since, verily, he is your open foe...
...and that you should worship Me [alone]?
This would have been a straight way! '

[ يس: 60]
Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan
- [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy -
