Omonigho my daughter
Before you came I'd come quite far
I don't know if it was written of me to try
Even if it takes me ten deaths to die
Or if God trusted me to be more stubborn than water
And find my outburst once or never
Yes His trust became my faith
With He possessing me I conquered death
Omonigho my daughter before you came
No hardwork easily could give me a name
My perambulating took me everywhere
Yet no matter how highly placed I was nowhere
But I stumbled on Isaiah 55
That was when my life eventually came alive
And my root found a route
Rather than a stick now I'm a giant rute
A promise became pro mise
In holding unto it I was wise
Omonigho my daughter
Then when I met your mother
She was stubborn because she wasn't sure
But I had no doubts what I saw
She too knows the voice of God
I didn't look it but she got convinced
And together we climbed the hill
In affirmation and prayer seal'
What in deed is His will
Today, Omonigho my daughter
You have everything that gives joy and laughter
It'll be catastrophic to cock tight in a bottle
And hang on a frangipani tree like the wizard's Tuttle
That which is the source of everything
Of whom without you will be nothing
Let Him not to you be a silhouette
But that light that makes meaninglessness concrete
And you'll stumble in darkness never
Omonigho my daughter
Let this be your guide
The one thing life revolves around
And you'll never be wrong
Even when one million and one have their seeming right bells constantly rung
