See Me As What You Want Poem by Unfortunate Fellow

See Me As What You Want

I am not who you see me.
You see me as kind and gentle,
I see myself as obnoxious and harsh so I have to be extra careful with others.
If you saw who I see me as you would throw me away.
I love you.
You see a young man with so much ahead of himself,
yet I see a depressed man who is hanging on by a thread.
You see me as patient and gifted
while I am restless and burnt out.
You see me as joyful and caring,
but I am emotional and sensitive.
I wish I could be what you see but sadly that day will never come.
See as you want,
see me as you like.
