Seduction

Seduction
Pravat Kumar Mandal

One day I found my delight in sorrow
Sitting single on a lonely sad shore
With some uncanny vacant mood she bore
Though obsessed by the scent of wild yarrow.
She sat silently like an ascetic
Wandering in the paradise of dreams
Lost herself there like a weary pilgrim
Deeply rooted for something prophetic.

Then I sat down next to her in silence
I was letting out my long breaths in fear
If my presence might hamper her thought
Ev'n the river stopped flowing in a trance.
On a sudden she asked me in whisper:
After thy need, will thou do me the ‘nought'?

Lol. Thats way romantic and has lots of meanings. Perhaps her swim suit was tied in a knot and she wanted you to unknot it but if you are naughty like me it could be a different knought. Well done.
