Secret Message Poem by Paul WilsonSuffield

Secret Message

Your body language gives away
All the things you dare not say.
Can there be something I could devise
To translate the signals, from deep in your eyes.
There must be something I can do
To confirm the message I’ve got as true.
A single touch or brush of your hand
Makes my hear race and try to expand.
I sense from within that we should be
Together as one for eternity.
In a relationship you already are
So I will worship from afar.
I would do nothing to force your hand
But if you need a friend by your side I’ll stand.
To care and protect you from one and all
A knight in shining armour I would be
My one desire is to protect thee.
