I see the seascape in all your poems and feel that this poem has a deep autobiographical touch! You are able to give life and 'fire' to all your emotions! Wow, yes, the spectacular ocean, the first stanza speaks volumes, instantly crashing against the past..inland counties does indeed suffocate such a free spirit, you must breathe the oceans breath, the ocean does not control but understands as a kindred spirit, I just love this! ! !
