Each year passes faster,
As I age in life, this time,
The more knowledge taken in,
Just building confusion, in my mind.
Questions about society,
Were told not to ask why,
To respect false prophets,
Searching for truth in lies.
Elected leaders,
Pay more for jobs, with less pay,
Hiding, their true goals,
Within the stories, they tell.

Great poem. That true. And while you obey laws that are inconsequential others steal the rug from off your feet.
