Scorched Earth Policy Contingency Plan

' How do you make a black man red? You bleed him! '
'How do you make a red man black? You burn him! '

Throughout history, clonialists have bled black men dry,
made red men cry, kept yellow men ostracized, and men of mixed race traumatized. Reservations are no place for indigenous American children to either learn or otherwise speak
English.

Yet they did, and have. Slavery as a Southern agricultural institution was no place for African-American men, women, or
children to suffer or be economically marginalized. Yet they also did, and have.

Internment camps were no place for Japanese-Americans to be sequestered against their will on the basis of race within the continental United States.

Yet they were, and had been.

Burned and bled through corporate greed
in order to collectively concede...
