Your love is more than I can bear
It sears my soul
And turns my blood to white hot flame.
I weep boiling tears
That scorch my brain,
Eroding all thoughts but those of you.
Your love is more than I can bear
There is no place for me
But where you are.
I fear I am lost.
All that is left of me
Is a desiccated ash
That moves with your breath
When you speak to me of love.
