Scissors Comments

The three Fates in Greek mythology measure our lifespan with scissors. But life and death are with us always, so every moment is snipped. It is a many-sided metaphor in the poet's hands. He takes fate in his own hands, and his artistic vision keeps penetrating further into the thick of life!
