A wonderful poem about marriage, what a marriage should be. I enjoyed your poem very much. I definitely agree 'we don't have half term or closing day' :) As your poem says, 'one plus one is always one' But I have also found that one plus one can also equal 3 (or more) through the miracle of birth. And I have sadly seen in a friend that one plus one can equal zero, of either 'one' is evil, but then it is no longer really a marriage.
