School Goers Poem by Akhtar Jawad

School Goers

Early in the morning, in the noon as well,
Sitting at the at first floor on a broken chair,
I see the heavenly sources of light,
Some black, some brown and some fair,

I see children going to school and coming back,
Everyone is a bud a flower of future,
Chatting each other, and making noise,
Nightingales, on the way of nurture,

To and from their schools to be educated,
Socializing themselves, to be cultured and civilized,
To redesign a society becoming stale, a little rotten,
Long life to the school goers to be nicely humanized,

Learn O buds, the lessons that lead to a society,
Free of all disputes, religious or ethnic,
Difficult for us but it's easy enough for a sweetly,
In your uniform you're faster than a supersonic!
Easy for us but it's too difficult due to poverty,
Wish you in uniform faster than a supersonic!
