Lovely thought and poem. It reminds me of Browning's 'Grow old along with me! The best is yet to be, the last of life, for which the first was made. Our times are in his hand who saith, 'A whole I planned, youth shows but half; Trust God: See all, nor be afraid! ' '
Oh, this is a wonderful piece. I think it begins with the fears all lovers have and ends wtih the hopes, the imperatives they share... the truth of which is to be borne out by experience, day by day. Brilliant. t x
