A good poem of societal commitment to the rights of children which relevant in this period where crimes against the helpless victims are being reported worldwide. Nice and may be given a finishing touch with suitable lines which the poet is supposed to take effort.

Simple but with a poignant beauty. To me, this short poem seems fine and well written - it tells its story and provokes thought in the reader.

Unfinished? If this is how it sounds unfinished, I cannot wait for the final form of this poem :) . I loved this poem. It was very engaging and evocative, I love the use of the metaphor you employ it makes the poem personal to each and every reader. The emotive language with which you write reminds me of poets such as Emily Dickinson, Sylvia Plath and Dorothy Wordsworth (sister of William Wordsworth, you should read her journals) . All round great poem. Take a bow :)
