Savour Every Moment In Time. Poem by Ross Mabey

Savour Every Moment In Time.

Poem - Savour Every Moment In Time.

By Ross Mabey

in a quiet place, I sit and contemplate,
On the way things have turned out.
I often wonder, if I had done things differently,
Would life, be so much easier to live right now.
There'd be no tomorrow', just today's to live anyhow.

Life would be much easier and kinder on my mind,
There'd be no sorrows and love would be the joy.
That life has left behind, each moment to savour,
In our own space and time,
Just to savour every moment in time.

When the clock strikes on the hour in time,
I know that life will be different, than it is now.
No more tomorrows, only today's to be lived right now,
That's all that we need to be concerned about anyhow.
Just let things be and enjoy what life is teaching us now.

Today, tomorrow, who cares about time?
It's only there to remind us,
That life is just borrowed,
We should savour every moment in time.
