Salvation Is A Journey

Salvation is a journey
It is a walk with God
Its a learning of deep friendship
That by some is misunderstood
It comes through the recognition of
Though that once we were bound by sin
By putting our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
We can have fellowship now with Him

We will never walk alone again
For Christ is by our side
At the very moment of our awakening
Right up until eventide
Absolutely consumed by His love
That poured forth from Calvary
O the deep, deep love of Jesus Christ
Who can contain such ecstacy!

So thankful that I have found Him
The true lover of my soul
To think that He came seeking me
So that I could be made whole
My heart is fixed on Jesus Christ
Who has fixed this heart of mine
My Salvation journey of faith in Him
Has been tremendously sublime!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
