Today I made the mixture for my Salted Caramel Ice Cream. As I stirred the milk so it wouldn't scorch I started to think about my little niece Isabelle. I remembered my mom saying this year she would have been five if God didn't take her home. I thought about how her smile would look. I thought how her laugh would have sounded. I even thought how I would be overjoyed to hear her say just one time Uncle Ronald.
