Salt Air Poem by Rachel The Hair Guru

Salt Air

The smell of the salt air still lingers
Twirling my hair around my fingers

Thinking of days gone by
Watching the seagulls fly

Hearing the waves crash in
Beckoning me to swim

Feeling the warmth of the sun
Collecting seashells for fun

Building castles from sand
Walking the shoreline hand in hand

Endulging till the sun finally set
Memories still sweet as I recollect
