Running, She Catches Her Gown Poem by james watkin

Running, She Catches Her Gown

Running, she catches her gown
On spikes of the rose bush;
So highly prized in summer.
As the tone of her blush
Is subverted of an ire
Can be shown furthermore
Are pricked, on love's allusions
Memories, just as sore.
