Yes dear poetess, you are correct. The soul bird caged in the body has to fight umpteen adversities for sustenance untill the cage is broken. Thank you so much for sensing the soul of the poem

Marvelous poem. Decay of moral and ethical values is society makes not only a poet’s heart cry but effects each and every individual being. The most fragile one leave the pain and hurt of cage. Longing for a avatar of Krishna or Christ is so desirable. Beautifully written poem in Rudraksh series. Thank you for sharing Damodaran Ji.
