Alas! the trail head gets lost among the dark thick bush Like the head of a snake being devoured by a king cobra Love the lines! Instead of 'the head of a snake' you could preferably use' head of a frog'. Just a suggestion! However this is a marvelous piece of poetry, perhaps your best of all Rudraksha! Top marks!
Thank you very much Valsa George. Your suggestion based on the usual habit of snakes to swallow frogs is righteously reasonable. When we stand at the road head and look back to the length of path we have covered it looks like a snake with it's head lost into the woods. The fact that king cobras are fed on other snakes has been adopted for the imagery
Each bead in this rudraksha is a sparkling gem! This is the least I can say about this chain of wonderful thoughts. Yes.... we are caught in the mire of worldly entanglements. The more we try to come out, the deeper we plunge.
I cannot proceed without noting your words of analysys, evaluation and appreciation for they uncover outstanding sincerity and adorning beauty. Thank you very much
