Rough Waters Ahead Poem by Phillip Nine Mafunga

Now, it doesn't mean it's all good
But should good a'laz be under siege
Evil ganging up on good just like that,
While people of good standing sit by n' watch the whole thing decay
I'm not saying it's good for one man to hang onto what we must hear or perceive
Or maybe oligarchs have a right to influence how we think or feel about things after all
Perhaps the iconic Joe Rogan has a cryptic way through the rough waters ahead that he knows about
All in all, I haven't opined on what social decay we yet to experience as a civilisation
Neither am I saying it's but all gloom n' doom as long as we still have those of good heart n' strong moral resolve around us
