The cycle of a river is just like the cycle of life. Clouds rise from the seas and rain, giving water to rivers and fall back in the seas to rise again as clouds. The question arises whether we shall get another life like the clouds? Who knows? So let us be peaceful in our beliefs.

Thank you for sharing this poem with me.; Life and creation have been compared with River. The imagery and metaphor flowed well. The first life was born in the shape of a small green plant and when we shake hands with the sea, hardly any word is spoken out. Because, that's the ultimate goal of life. I liked your presentation, my friend, .Good luck and good health be with you always. Rajkumar

Yoonoos, I love the imaginative phrases in this poem. Not simply writing the expected but the unexpected and furthering depth in your poesy. A wonderful piece. Thanks so much for sharing, Greetings, Paul

Outstanding write, with such depths of feeling for the river's ever-changing moods, it's characteristics and it's journey through farmland and towns all bringing their own stamp of character!
