Rising Out Time's Mist Poem by james watkin

Rising Out Time's Mist

Palace-fronted, like your demeanour
Town's old facade, the face of you.
More and more a sublime emerging.
A pale grandness of bursting through.

For what cannot be improved upon
For loveliness, indefectable
A renewing of surprise! A touch-up
Of what, praise-thick, is notable!
