i had to read the first stanza again to figure out that it really is (i think) grammatically correct, AND clever. i would say that the lines starting with who are not meant to be asking questions. rather, the who is supposed to be understood as having an invisible he in front of it. AND an invisible he (followed by a comma) begins the last line of the stanza. i recall being taught about understood/(to me, invisible) words in high school english class i think.
