Rhythms Of Sorrow And Sadness Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Rhythms Of Sorrow And Sadness

Exercising a life of nothing much, walking along
edges of yesterday, heart beating rhythms of sorrow
and sadness.

Both continuing to flow endlessly down war torn
pathways that used to be traveled by friends and
family alike.

Measuring the length of every moment, decisions
being emoted silently out loud through writing of
poetry.
