Revolution Notes Poem by Mbusya Wa Mbusya

Revolution Notes

The time is coming,
I will leave the scene,
But somebody will take over,
The end and the beginning,
Will fuse at a point
And begin all over.

Bright star will dim,
But luminous moon will rise,
Drops will cease dripping,
But rain will start pouring,
A trail will be a river,
A lake grow into ocean,
Phrase develop into prose,
And so on...

A tree at the edge will be a forest,
A witness will assemble a crowd,
Guitar's strum will receive accompaniment,
A key into symphony of music notes,
There will be a gyrant coming into a dance
And so on...

Though it may never be exponential,
Though it may never be spectacular,
Though it may never be essential,
Though it may never be grandiose,
It will diffinately be timely
And so on...
