I understand the emotion and very much appreciate the title and the text of the poem. May I say, I was quite amused also by the idea of penectomy to the perpetrators of the crime. A novel idea that I have heard first time!

The soul felt anger against the perpetrators of crime against women and there it lies the simple truth that by knowingly or unknowingly the birth place is connected to the crime which is against the principle of norms that humanity have to abide. The society's anger displays in the poem and it is liked in that sense.
