Reunion Poem by Chris Embrick

Reunion

Rating: 4.5

Tonight you returned
Memories pregnant with tears
Behind me, your voice
Intoxicating perfume
You kiss me on the shoulder
Souls connect again
My heart pulses with your breath
I turn to kiss you
But your aura has vanished
Now, the memories give birth.

Touching expression has been made. Beautifully crafted on reunion and love. Last two lines are most impressive.. But your aura has vanished Now, the memories give birth. Thanks for sharing.
