Identification! Free mind! ! ! Freedom of speech. Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
Yes! Thank goodness America has freedom of speech or I'd be put in his jail!
Again PH is not letting me post replies quickly- in fact. I have to spend 10 minutes trying to get it written down in box and then another 5 minutes getting my reply submitted. Please know I appreciate your comment and that it helps me see when and where I connect with reader. Thank you! !
Wow! In merely 6 words, you've summed up a real powerful bully. And you've done it in this ingenious style of poetry. And when I saw the title, I immediately thought of that fun song, which I've sung at karaoke. Great job, Susan.
Thank you, Richard! Had fun with that title and this style of poem. If I may presume, I would like you to read Residential Presidential Bully Bully- Mirror Image. I think I prefer the Ripple Mirror Haynaku- -it is even more demanding!
Short for sure! ! ! Hopefully not sweet! ! ! ! I hope you try the Ripple Mirror Haynaku- I think you've got the quickness of mind to handle it- I had to struggle with it! Thank you for reading my stuff, Geetha! ! ! You should get a medal of honor for doing so! ! ! !
Thanks for introducing me to the new type of poem- - - Yours is very powerfully expressed in just six words ! ! 1
These Haynakus are a kick to try to write but I prefer the Ripple Haynaku- they are like the hardest crosswords to solve! ! I hope you give them a try- I think I would enjoy a Ripple Haynaku Bharati-style!
Again, Ever So Powerfully Worded! ! ! ! ! ... 10S! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! +++++
Again, I thank you, dear friend! ! ! Wh else would give me such enthusiastic cheerleading stars! ! ! ! !
Who can understand this poem better than me, I am from a bullied country. Here, the majority speaks Punjabi and in Punjabi we say, bullay bullay, an interjection to express our extreme joy.
PH just dumped my comment. It seems to prefer nonsense syllables than proper remarks. I found bullay bullay interesting- -and wondered what word expressed the opposite of it in your country
Wow! ! ! Straight to the point! ! ! Bullying Can Be So Mean! ! .... This Is Powerfully Done! ! ! ! ! ... Thank You! ! ! Ever So Much For Sharing This One! ! ! ! ! Dear Friend.. Ever So Many 10S! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! .... :) P/s, Didn't know this type poetry either. It too looks like fun, or an excellent way vent too.. Always Learning! .... :)
Yes! ! ! You are so very open to learning- -perhaps that is why your horizons are always expanding! ! ! Thank you, dear friend, for all those excited 10's! ! ! ! !
Endearing Prodigiously gifted Is poet Susan............................... Is this a Haynaku?
Valsa, you tickle me! Yes, that is a Haynaku but you've got me blushing! ! ! ! I have to argue vigorously about prodigiously gifted as a poet but oh my goodness I would love to be called prodigiously gifted as a novelist. And to be thought endearing! ! ! - -that puts a huge smile on my heart's face! ! ! Thank you, Valsa, you are such a beautiful soul allowed to walk amongst us. Bless you! Just replace Susan's name in this poem with Valsa and you've written TRUTH! ! ! !
a very good Haynaku..... dear Susan..... but it is very difficult to make sense out of it, . so you have to give an explanation of the contents of the poem or your intention in writing it. it is difficult to understand the theme which you are conveying.. this is my experience..... i praise for you attempting this form.......thank u dear Susan
The title refers CAREFULLY to the individual I am referencing- with a bit of a side play to a song called Wooly Bully by Sam the Sham and the Pharoahs from many years ago.- -] Wooly bully, wooly bully / Wooly bully, wooly bully, wooly bully.Watch it now, watch it, here he come - -] The three words in the poem sketch a person in whom the dominant personality trait is of a person who bullies. Bully Bully! ! Bully Bully! ! Wooly bully!
I too, have never heard of this form of poetry so I will have to give it a go :) I love total freedom in poetry to write as I wish unrestricted. However, I am also enjoying other forms that challenge me with syllable counts and format. Unfortunately bullying seems to be endemic on this site because of anonymity. In the past I have had to delete my ratings because of random attacks scoring 1's for all of my poems with no comment to explain why.
Do give this form of poetry a go and also the Rippled Mirror form of it as well. You will make a home run with it! ! Ignore the jealous trolls- all they have is vituperation to live for. You are one of the top four poets on this site- you deserve to be seen by the world at large. Get thyself published - the world deserves the opportunity to read a brilliant poet, my dear.
Hi Susan, I have no idea of Haiku or Haynaku. Never attempted it. But i like the three lines 1,2,3 order used for bullying here by you Susan The poem demonstrates strongly the emotion that points to the awful act of bullying acompanied by a scowly face with a nasty hectoring voice. :) 10
As I mentioned to Kumarmani below, I prefer the Rippled Mirror variation of the Haynaku. I find it more akin to how I like to write. But this type of Haynaku demands terseness and extreme attention to word choice which I need to practice! Thank you for the supporting comments you make here! And for the 10!
Many many thanks dear madam for identifying me as a demonstrator of Haynaku. The reverse Haynaku is just opposite of it as you have already presented one naming Rippled Mirror Haynaku. In this haynaku the title Residential Presidential Bully Bully- - - (A Haynaku) is interesting and euphonious. Please stay blessed.10
I'm pleased to make the acquaintance of other ways to write poetry- literature is a huge world and why not explore the variety of expression possible in it... so thank you for posting Haynaku and introducing it to our attentions. Yes, I think I favor the reverse style of the Ripple Mirror Haynaku. Thank you for your encouraging remarks, Kumarmani!

[It Brought back good memories]
The experimentation with the form is successful! Liked the poem! ....10
Thank you! ! May the next experimentation be as successful! ! ! Thank you for the high rating! ! !

Hi Susie, Wonderful write. Exactly as he is seen by billions of people world over. But the name of the poem could be equally good, if you change it to Non-Resident prime minister bully bully....... Thanks dear.
I could have sworn I replied to your fun comment- I apologize for taking so long to notice that I hadn't. I'm glad we see the man in the same way. Unfortunately it could refer to too many government leaders the world over- -for those who get to vote these leaders in, we need to be a lot more particular in choosing.
Had fun with this new-to-me poem style! Might try several more. Thank you for your kind comment and those starry-eyed 10's! ! !
Bullies are generally mean with a scowly face. They are altogether nasty! Your first attempt at Haynaku is indeed a great success. I haven't attempted it so far. In fact only recently I got familiar with such a poetic form!
Thank you! I had fun with this style and I had fun with barking and growling at that certain bully
