a commendable poem, but NOT excessively commendable. Ha ha. I'd type " it took just a week" . i KNOW, it means the SAME thing, but..... bri :) Ah! Now i checked out 'limerick' structure. Nice 88668, with nice rhyming, but it took a 2nd reading for me to figure out " in the dark" is used as an idiom.

That was good. Now I will have to see what she wrote. 'Schools and many businesses were closed today because of high winds.' When global change alarmists and climate change deniers talk, the winds can be ferocious.
