My hat is off to you madam for you have truly expressed the feelings of many working women in this world that not only work but have children too….even though you may feel tired and beaten up I am sure that you do feel gratified when things are going smoothly otherwise you wouldn’t be doing it…really enjoyed the read, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us…many blessings to you and your family. Dear Sandra, This is a beautiful depiction of a modern -day-mother torn amogst demands from baby, boss and husband simulteneusly and still running the show. your presentation is so vivid, I will like to call it ' a poetry on celuloid' like Gauder or Satyajit Ray or Roman Polinesky. These lines, in particular, I will lke to quote: 'my cup of woes/ often overflows/a sulking husband/a whinning baby/and to top it all / a very demanding boss' but Sandra'still so in the interest of propriety/ I try to do my bit for my family and society' This is where is your greatness. For that matter all working mothers.A great tribute to Mothers' Day. Keep on writing and keep in touch A-10-from me-Rajkumar

Sandra you give a vivid picture of the many-hatted jobs of a Mom - - and at times the frustration of trying to wear more than one at a time - - but a hat which must never be forgotten is the Sandra-hat..... wear it with pride girl... and make time to wear it... there will never be another YOU - and thanks for this well rhymed verse... God bless all Moms......10 and more from Fay....xx

You explained your feelings so well and I know how it is to be torn between husband, baby, boss. It all depends what hat you are wearing. It is exhausting and demanding, but the most important thing is to find 'Sandra' time when you can be you. Whether you have to beg, borrow or steal it you must do it somehow and if you think out of the square it will be your salvation. Thank you for your good wishes for Mother's Day and I love your imagery 'torn between my Blackberry and my little boy'. Well done! 10
