This needs to be both Best Member poem and PoD. Also sent to the leaders of the world's warmongers. Excellent poem Richard.

David, in all of the years that I've been on POD, I've received some truly wonderful comments. And not once, have I received one that recommends the poem for both categories. You have truly made my day! And have left me...speechless!

Hardly you can find a few people who are honest, simple and very down to the earth! We forget the basic purpose for which we are here! Loved the great message that your little poem disseminates to the society! Top Score!

Let us not taste blood Where there's food for thought....good and peace loving people can only think in this great way dear Richard. Where there is jealousy and hatred people can go to any extent. This sphere has turned into a h-e-l-l because of egoism, hatred and greed for power and position!

Dillip, I so greatly appreciate when esteemed poets take the time to share insightful comments about my poetry. I'd much rather have that than a thousand stars! THX So Very Much, Dr Swain.
