Living in the past, questionning ourselves constantly, always wondering if we lived our lives well, did we do all that we could do, constantly playing that mind boggling game. Then coming to the realization that what is done is done, nothing else can be done about it and life must go on from here and from this day forward we live life to the fullest with no regrets.
