Muhammad (SAW) only once rose against Non-Arabs. A rumor was spread that Romans are advancing for attack on Medina. He built an army and marched to the boarders, thereat it was known that it was entirely a rumor. A few companions suggested to have an encounter with the Romans but he refused came back to Medina without fighting. All his wars were against hostile Arabs.
