Relationships, Everything Has A Price Poem by soren Barrett

Relationships, Everything Has A Price

When shopping for transportation one needs to consider the situation
Does one have to buy, does one lease or will a rental fly
Some buy on impulse, an act of passion, others prefer a purchase of fashion
Do you want flashy; or economical, dependable though a bit trashy
Would you take a car that's used, what of one that has been abused
Would you take a used loaner from a generous donor
Would you buy direct from a previous owner one that has outgrown her
Would you want it to have been maintained, can the seats be stained
How many miles are too many, does the engine need to be a Hemi
If buying new, how many miles until the term used it does accrue
Would you take the salesman's advice to accept blemishes to lower the price
If interested only in appearance, would you take a year end clearance
How much do you want to spend; price, maintenance, a warrantee to extend
What options will you use, are you paying for something abstruse
Is there a place to keep it safe, or will it be hit on, stolen or the weather chafe
Will you lend it or share it with others, trusting in their druthers
How many miles will you drive this beast, alimony paid to an lease priest
If all this you do forget you'll make a purchase you'll soon regret
After all this confusing talk, as for me, I think I'll just walk
