Rejuvenation Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Rejuvenation

Rejuvenation

i watch and waited for the sun to shine again
the parade of life to begin
another glow for a diminished visions
For life,

come again new vigor and youth
gavea share of strength to the old man hopes
to dance again in the magical kingdom
of dreams and its possible unraveling

when the old brews of witches concoction
meets modern scientific sleuths understands the molecular substrata cells
they come up to the wisdoms of the infinite God and nature

to tinker, regain the modern ways of mimicking the roots and cells of life

revealing in their cauldron pot of magic fire and linkages

the transforming trinity of nature drafts, genome sequence, vitalityand the life
of immortality..

let then wisdom and science resuscitatethe old mans dream,

his continued reverence for his life's passion
of living and his arts

and on his solid foot on his hill

he/we may live again and see the passing of another century.
