I only have one regret in my life
It's that I didn't meet you sooner
Who has this same versed regret?
Different name-different face
All the same-a regret is a regret
Though you are mine-my regret
Which means it hurts all the more
When all is done and said
My one and only life regret
Is that you are not here yet
Being one with me
To make up the love
For all those missing years
Of time spent without

We are not masters of our destiny. But this poem is so beautifully convincing and gorgeously written, that even Destiny should have given into your wish. Feelings, touchingly transmitted.

But Sandra, why? Lol! As if Destiny is even in control...hmm? A yearning still lived and lives for the One I wrote this aching piece of my heart for...he knows, if only I could convince and plead my soul case to my, ..oh my, The Master of the Universe! Thank you for the touching compliments. Gio
