Kelly, thanks for your comments. Regret is a bitter pill yet I think it serves a purpose. It's one of those emotions that simmers then boils when we least expect it. It's important to remember how you felt and why you remember. If for no other reason then to be a kinder gentler soul with the intention of inflicting less harm on those that you love.
