I don’t know this Bergman film, Daniel, but as before him and, if things don't change, so in the future, more of the same. My mind went back in time to the Trail of Tears. A hopeful note: PBS News covered a story of Syrian refugees who were welcomed to a Scottish island and making a new start, a new home there. -Glen

A poignant picture capturing so realistically the plight of refugees n horror n meaninglessness of wars. Refugees have so many questions in their minds but no answers. How poignant is the line, Weapons and corpses both sink into the mud. A thought-provoking piece of writing. A big 10.
