Red-Blooded Male. Poem by Peter Vealey

Red-Blooded Male.

I am a red-blooded man,
In a vanilla world.
Sending mixed messages of hope,
But mainly doom.
I am a red-blooded man.
Angling for a true soul.
Not a true blue.
Loving from a distance,
Never did make it,
Anyway.
A soul sister,
not a flyaway butterfly.
I am a red-blooded man,
With an agenda
Of sincerity.
But all I see
Is,
Game playing and
Wasting precious time.
