Red Skin Poem by Chelsea Angelica Rose Fraser

Red Skin

The sun will never know my pain;
Neither will the hail nor rain.
Hold your rekindled memories to your heart,
All you have are memories of the smiles.
Bathe in kisses of the sun,
Crave affection from its burn.
Its heat to keep you warm at night.
Its arms holding you tight.
The flirting eyes of the blistering rays,
The seductive breeze which you crave.
The infatuation with the blanket of stars,
Hiding you from nights eyes.
