Reclaim Your Liberty Poem by Leon Moon

Reclaim Your Liberty

Signatures of nature

Inscriptions that whisper

Echoing on replay

Through the stem blossoming forever

Depicting the wager

That fear filled lovers

Are persuaded to pay

To obtain fame's insipid flavour

Sink into never

Rise more broken than ever

And then pass on the blame

And I only see one way out

And you know it takes two minds to doubt

Simultaneously

re-wiring the parallel roundabout

Finding a new way go round and round

Symmetrically

Reclaim your liberty

And nourish the tranquility

Embedded in your soul

Retune your destiny

Touch oblivion's fertility

In everything you hold

Reclaim your liberty

And nourish the tranquility

And hold it until you grow old

Replenish the synergy

Crafting life's comedy

And remember you're not alone

Your mind's a parody

So laugh hysterically

At the ever expanding irony

Of the universe

Amplifying silently

Each wish you preserve

And I'll reinstate simply

You choose if it's a curse

Tragedy, divinity

The love you see in me

No matter which way it turns, still returns

And all you have to do is see

The mouth through which bullets bleed

Intuitively

Recede and fill the epitome

Revolving forward, above the air you breathe

Intrinsically

Transmute the pain and the mystery

In these dream you weave

Instinctively

And through the saviours narcissism

The Devil's redeemed

Eternally

Reclaim your liberty

And nourish the tranquility

Embedded in your soul

Retune your destiny

Touch oblivion's fertility

In everything you hold

Reclaim your liberty

And nourish the tranquility

And hold it until you grow old

Replenish the synergy

Crafting life's comedy

And remember you're never alone

(Break)

Because I'm the sole witness

To countless others who've suppressed

Their wisdom in exchange for a system

That keeps authentic expression repressed

Existing only to be quenched, temporary relief

Hooked on a belief that they'll never reach

The freedom childhood unwittingly preached

But it's never lost, it still consists within

Waiting patiently to be received

Instantly, so easily

In the currents and incisions

You frame you're life with

Open the channel to the static

And forge the sound for the masses

Beware of the programmes that hack it

Deceivingly depriving you of the remedy

They'll sacrifice your happiness

And convince you there's no such thing as bliss

Find and mine what makes you tick

Ride out the scene with all you have to give

So your life's a good flick when you sit back

And reminisce, so don't let yourself forget

You save your own wish

And time's only alive

When you look at your wrist

It's you who projects this illusion to persist

Because time ever dies

When you see now's all there ever is

So why wait til tomorrow to finally live?

Reclaim your liberty

Reclaim your liberty

Reclaim your liberty

Your liberty

And I only see one way out

And you know it takes two minds to doubt

Simultaneously

re-wiring the parallel roundabout

Finding a new way go round and round

Symmetrically

Reclaim your liberty

And nourish the tranquility

Embedded in your soul

Retune your destiny

Touch oblivion's fertility

In everything you hold

Transmute the pain and the mystery

In these dream you weave

Instinctively

And through the saviours narcissism

The Devil's redeemed

Eternally

(At last you're with me)

Reclaim your liberty

And nourish the tranquility

And hold it until you grow old

Replenish the synergy

Crafting life's comedy

And remember you're never alone

Reclaim your liberty

Your liberty

Your liberty

Entwined to my —

Desire to find —

Entwined to my — eternally...
