Reciprocity Poem by Valsa George

Reciprocity

Rating: 5.0

You untiringly cared and I always fared
Had you ignored, I would have failed
All along my path, closely you followed
And all the heights, with ease I scaled

Each time I drifted away from my aim
Patiently you corrected, never putting me to blame
From a tiny spark I am nursed into a flame
And we continue to play the love game

The more you love, the more I feel confident
Had you neglected, I would have been diffident
In every step you direct, making me efficient
Your concern I find more than sufficient

In mutual support, we live in harmony
Our abiding bond, we place above money
I will strive to make your life ever sunny
Now, what more shall I give you Honey?

Now, what more shall I give you Honey? ..... i hope your husband never finds out you sent this to ME! or, DID YOU MEAN: .....give you, Honey? in which case my answer would be Yes! Honey! ! i'd love some. and chocolate also................ Thanks valsa. :) bri - - - - - - - - or, as we in america might write the poem: Marital-Reciprocity, American-Style She punched me in the head, ...... that bad wife of mine, so, in return, i raked a scraper...... down her long spine. She countered with a big jab into my protruding rib cage, so i stomped on her right foot; i was filled with MUCH rage. Twenty-four hours later, she smiled at me; i didn't know why. So i smiled back at her and walked to her, with a BIG sigh. She wrapped her arms around me and hugged me real tight. Sooo i canceled the hitman. NOW it just didn't seem right. The next day on my way to work i was cut down by gunfire. A man with a gun spoke to me before i had time to expire. He said, Sorry, Bri, she found out about you hiring me first. So she hired me then, to satisfy her explosive blood thirst. (November 26, 2014) gotta submit this, Valsa! thanks for the inspiration! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! bri :)

What a beautiful tribute to the one you love! Love is sealed in the giving and this is day-long love making and the returns are obvious. Priceless intimacy of love! Great write, Valsa!
